=== [[Korean War]] ===
__NOTOC__
I have been editing this article for a few days. I ran down through the article and fixed any grammer mistakes I could find. I would appreciate any suggestions on what to do and how I can really improve it further. Thanks a lot. [[User:Mr. Killigan|Mr. Killigan]] 06:17, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
This '''<font color="red">hotlist</font>''' is a brief list with links to non-existing wanted articless.

There are a number of areas to work on, at this point; keep in mind, though, that this is a very high-profile article, so you should be careful to move slowly and carefully to avoid getting entangled in any editorial conflicts here.
==Rules==
* <s>The article is, in my opinion, simply too long; we're looking at 72K (~12,000 words) of prose. The "Legacy" section, in particular, is ripe for splitting out into a separate [[Legacy of the Korean War]] article, with a much shorter summary left in the main one.</s>
===Make a new red link===
* <s>"Korean War (1950 – 1953)" should really be something like "Course of the war"; you probably don't want to repeat the article title as a section heading.</s>
You can add a new red link to the list when there is room for one!<br>
* The citations need cleanup; at a minimum, all of the embedded external links should be converted to footnotes. There are also a number of "citation needed" tags floating around. Beyond that, more thorough citation would be appropriate throughout the article; see [[WP:MILHIST#CITE]] for some guidelines.
The list is not longer more than 20 links!<br>
* <s>The "Depictions" section should be turned into prose, rather than a laundry list of films; see also [[WP:MILHIST#POP]].</s>
'''When there is room for one more, add!'''
* <s>The "Names" section, as it's presently constituted, would work much better as a narrow sidebar; it's of some interest, but I doubt there's enough material to sustain a separate section.</s>
* <s>The "See also" section should be eliminated. If something isn't worth linking from the text, it's generally not worth linking at all. </s>
* <s>The rump "Bibliography" section should be removed as well.</s>
* The "External links" section could use trimming.
Hope that helps! [[User:Kirill Lokshin|Kirill]] 04:08, 13 July 2007 (UTC)<s>cool</s>

When there is a blue link in the list, then that is an illegal link! Replace it whit a red one! And give the old blue link a place in the [[User:Quichot/Hotlist#Coldlist|Coldlist]]!
Try to add a non-existing lemma from a different kind (category) then the other ones in the list. Thats how to keep a nice mixed list
===Motivation of your wishes===
Pleace tell us why you want the article to exist. And tell us what it is! For instant:
* [[Audiotransparent]] - Dutch band - I love their music, they are hip in Canada to! - VIER TILDES

Sign, so we know who is whishing, and who we have to ask wat he/she means! (Sign with: <nowiki>~~~~</nowiki>)
===Red links can be removed after a month===
When there is a red link older than a month you can remove it to the [[User:Quichot/Hotlist#<font color="purple">Tepid list</font>|Tepid list]]. It looks like this article is not that wanted, and is just in the way on de hotlist!
Another way is to make the article. The link gets blue and can be moved to the cold list!
==Inspiration==
See [[Wikipedia:Requested articles]]
==What is a good red link?==
Be sure that you have the correct title! When you think Tom Cruise needs an article, type [[Tom Cruise]] and see: there he is already. When you link like this: [[Tom Cruse]], that is waste of your time!<br>
Look around first!
Don't make a link to an article you are about to write yourself. Make links to articles that you can't write!

Are you ready, here is the:

'''Bloodred it was, but blue as the sky are they now!'''
When you see a red link here it's illegal!
* The article never existed, or
* The article is removed from wikipedia after getting blue
You can put the link back in the hotlist, if there is room for it!
