:Wikipedia’s registered accounts have grown tenfold and total articles have tripled since I joined, yet there’s still only one arbitration committee. Each year, arbitration candidates promise to move cases faster. There are limits to how much that can help: this site is getting 20% more visitors now than just 3 months ago. 4.7% of all the people in the world who go online today will visit the English language edition of Wikipedia.[http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details?url=wikipedia.org] This is phenomenal popularity and 3 to 5 years from now the site be a lot bigger. What will we do then?
