"Solving" the Rubik's Cube will activate the Transfunctioner; its "keepers" (aliens described by the film's main characters as "Totally gay [[Nordic]] Dudes") used its power upon activation to banish a 50-foot-tall alien to [[Hoboken, New Jersey]].
