Yllka Cana was born in Gjilan,Kosovo in June 18 1989. She migrated to the United States in July 30 1999 and entered with her Family under refugee status. Yllka Cana graduated from DeSales University in 2011 with a B.A in Political Science and National Security. She also attended Le High University in Bethlehem Pennsylvania and graduated from the ROTC (Reserve Officers Training Corps) program in 2011. She branched All-Source Intelligence in the United States Army and deployed on her first mission back to Kosovo between July 2012 to May 2013 in Camp Bondsteel Kosovo.
