Text is a iPhone OS from iOS 1 to 2. It was replaced by Messages in iPhone OS 3.

The Text icon was a simple green background and a text bubble with the word "SMS".

The text bubbles in the app were not blue. They were a yellow green lime color.
The color of the letters in the bubbles were black.
There were not gifs or apps that you can send. Just texts.
This app is not supported on iPad caused by the version.
The iPad only runs iOS 4 or later.
