In Google Books, the source is given in endnote 11. On Amazon, note 11 reads, “Unidentified newspaper clipping in Taylor scrapbook.” Note 10 goes to the Brooklyn Daily Eagle, the probable reason for the miscitation. Otherwise, you can use the Problem melden link at the bottom of the page to explain why you believe it's Public Domain in Switzerland, so you can access it. [[Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Switzerland\|Commons]] shows Switzerland has the same copyright lengths as Germany per above. Therefore, I think anything PD in Germany would be PD in Switzerland.
