L'edizione 2005 del ''[[Draft WWE|draft]]'' è stata più lunga nella storia della WWE, essendo durata ventiquattro giorni.

Il ''[[Draft WWE|draft]]'' del [[2005]] si è tenuto nell'arco di 24 giorni. Questo fatto ha portato la [[Franchigia (sport)|franchigia]] di [[WWE Raw|''Raw'']] a possedere entrambi i titoli mondiali, anche se solo per un breve periodo di tempo; sia il [[WWE Championship]] che il [[World Heavyweight Championship (WWE)|World Heavyweight Championship]] sono stati infatti difesi a [[Vengeance (2005)|Vengeance]], ''[[pay-per-view]]'' esclusivo dello [[WWE Raw|show rosso]].
