::No, I declined because of a lack of ''need'', which I still find to be true (but will leave open for review). Just as a note, this was declined a month ago (16 January 2023) and since then there have been two TPERs - [[Template_talk:Banned_user#Template-protected_edit_request|asking for a wikilink to be added]] and [[Template_talk:College#Template-protected_edit_request_on_18_January_2023|adding a line of code]] to a college link template. User is clearly still able to edit the Template space given the ~100 edits made in the last month to non-TPE-protected templates. This advanced permission requires care and attention, which can be best shown through the guideline requirements and an assessment of "''need''" to show a user can both edit advanced templates correctly and have the self control to not edit where their knowlede is lacking. Which is why I see the requirement of advanced sandbox edits (checked against testcases) as a vital requirement of this user right, which has not significantly changed since the last request.
