== Plant Based Treaty ==

Launched in 2021 at [[2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference|COP26]] in Glasgow, the Plant Based Treaty is an international treaty that has been signed by cities around the world that has the aim of reducing greenhouse gas emissions from animal agriculture. The New York City action plan includes many elements.
