GeoNetwork fork
comments on GeoNetwork opensource moved to Talk:GeoNetwork opensource page. --Tschirl 03:48, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
* moved GeoNetwork opensource into own article: opensource (doesn't make sense here) Bumbulski 09:49, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
: Apparently the above was due to confusion between membership and projects. Several software projects are members of this Foundation, and although they are called foundation projects the projects seem to not be under the control of the Foundation. == Where? ==
For an organization dedicated to geospatial ___location, its headquarters' ___location isn't an example of accuracy. This entry has no information about its headquarters, nor does the foundations website. -Ignacio Agulló — Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.165.145.217 (talk) 08:24, 11 January 2012 (UTC)
: - I don't think OSGeo has headquarters at all. The OSGeo board has representatives in multiple continents and the foundation has no permanent offices as far as I know. Am I wrong? -- Lordsatri (talk) 14:16, 5 September 2012 (UTC)
What is the relation between OSGeo and OGS?
That would be interesting. --188.96.69.13 (talk) 09:23, 9 June 2014 (UTC)
: - In my opinion, the distinction between OSGeo and OGS is obvious enough (OGS = geospatial standards), but what is less obvious for many is the relation and differences between OSGeo and LocationTech.org - which are both oriented towards open source geospatial software. -- Lordsatri (talk) 11:05, 9 June 2014 (UTC)
