Hey, the infobox looks awesome, the article looks like it's on it's way to being contructed for more than just a start. Good job. And For the 6th volume, that is just killer! ==Orphaned non-free media (Image:Misfits Walk Bootleg.png)==
Unfortunately, I have had to delete this article under the :WP:CSD#G11 criteria. It appears to be a near-enough exact word for word copy of their myspace entry which is not acceptable and also qualifies it for speedy deletion under :WP:CSD#G12. Please feel free to rewrite the article in your own words. For further information, please see :WP:SPAM and :WP:COPY and also :WP:NOT which contains information specifically about Wikipedia not being myspace. Thank you. Thanks for uploading :Image:Misfits Walk Bootleg.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. == Re: KJACK ARTICLE! ==

Categories
Hi, and thanks for your message. It seems the deletion log is not clear at all, sorry! The deletion was indeed proposed by User:Kjack1680, on the grounds that This article cites no sources, and would be better as a stub. Aside from lack of citation this article is mostly fabricated, revisionist history, and somewhat fiction. This is also not a legally licensed radio station but a small club of campus members. As you can see, that is not the deletion reason I chose, because it seemed to me indeed that this comment was a out of line. But I agreed that this article did not meet the notability guidelines, and therefore endorsed the deletion. Since it was originally a proposed deletion, I am willing to bring back the article if you want, but I double checked and I still think it does not assert the importance or significance of its subject. So either I can bring it back and send it to the deletion discussion where the community decides whether or not the article should be deleted, or I can move it to your user space for a short while (say, 1 month) so you can try to source it (A topic is presumed to be notable if it has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject). Of course, keep in mind that not all subjects make a good Wikipedia entry ;). Just leave a note on my page, or ask any admin! Thanks. -- lucasbfr <font color="darkblue">talk</font> 08:19, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
:I restored it at User:Joshuah Hounshell/KJACK. As you pointed, it is kind of hard to find reliable secondary sources about a campus radio, and most of the articles about that kind of subjects ended deleted. The kind of questions that might help you is : "Did this radio do anything that attracted the attention of a national newspaper? Is there something special on this radio that made someone write someone write about it?". Alternatively, you might want to trim the article down (removing the staff, just keeping a few shows) and merge it as a section of Northern Arizona University. -- lucasbfr <font color="darkblue">talk</font> 09:12, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

When creating pages it is best to avoid having redlinked categories. Generally if they do not already exist for a musical artist it is not likely that they will be created. Cheers. -- Alan Liefting (talk) - 23:37, 4 December 2009 (UTC)

File permission problem with File:Sandpaper Love Donkey Sex Cover.jpg
Thanks for uploading :File:Sandpaper Love Donkey Sex Cover.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
* make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
* Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as non-free fair use in or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. ==Speedy deletion nomination of :Landspeedrecord!==
A tag has been placed on :Landspeedrecord! requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for musical topics. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding <code>hangon</code> to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. <!-- Template:Db-band-notice --> <!-- Template:Db-csd-notice-custom --> <b>Yutsi</b> <small>Talk</small>/ <small>Contributions</small> 01:24, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

Warped Tour compilations
Hi. Noticed your edits to the Warped Tour compilation series, and I believe you are incorrect: A Compilation of Warped Music is the first installment in the official Warped Tour compilation series. The 1996 3-track sampler and the tour edition of Punk-O-Rama 2 are not part of this series. Many labels over the years have created short sampler CDs which they sell or hand out at their merch booth on the tour, but there has only ever been 1 "official" compilation series: the series published by SideOneDummy Records which began with A Compilation of Warped Music in 1998. This series is produced in collaboration with the tour, features artists on the tour, and is sold in stores in advance of the tour in order to promote it. The samplers released by other labels (and there have been literally dozens) are not part of this series. --IllaZilla (talk) 11:12, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
