Here we go. This page is now just a redirect to the main [[Bob Ross]] page. This should suit the purpose much more than having a disamgbig that really didn't do anything, since I just now started the article for the ''other'' Bob Ross (a moderate gay rights publisher who just died a few years back).

The article mentions what seems to have been some special event in 2015, rebroadcasting "The Joy of Painting". Under Personal life, in the third paragraph, please remove the sentence “Other conversations were destroyed as part of a legal settlement between Ross's family and Bob Ross Inc”. Checked the entire source and it does not mention this. The closest thing that could be found to this claim would be that Ross recorded phone conversations but there’s absolutely nothing in the article about the aforementioned claim. Also per the source, one of those recorded conversations was used to prove that Ross had permission to film that show. It then says {{tq|In April 1997, almost two years after Bob died, Jimmie signed an agreement on behalf of Bob’s estate to settle the Kowalskis’ lawsuit. The destruction of the audiotapes was one of the key clauses.}} The source is unclear on whether it was just the recordings of conversations between Bob and the Kowalskis that were destroyed or every recording that Bob had made. Regardless, it didn't fit where it was. (1) Bob's death was a result of Lymphoma, and (2) instead of saying "PBS"
