Why is PS part of nearly every government (regional, local, ...) in Wallonia en and on Belgian level?
The reason for this appears to me mainly that it is the biggest French-speaking party. That allows it to dominate the local, intermediary and regional/community levels of governement. In addition, the large-scale system of double majorities on Belgian level makes it necessary to always include at least one Franch-speaking political party and one Flemish party. --[[User:Rudi Dierick|Rudi Dierick]] 14:05, 7 Nov 2004 (UTC)
The article is not neutral at all. It is clearly written by someone with (extreme?) right wing sympathies. First of all, the ethnic origin of representatives is irrelevant. And second, there is no proof at all that there is any relationship between the PS and the Nijvel gang and the Dutroux affair. The last remark ('even though he got a new well-paid function') clearly shows that this page is mainly politically motivated.
