When someone edits a Wikimedia wiki without being logged in today, we show their IP address. As you may already know, we will not be able to do this in the future. This is a decision by the Wikimedia Foundation Legal department, because norms and regulations for privacy online have changed.

Hi, your move of the two articles appears to be undiscussed and IMO is unnecessary. There is nothing wrong with one being Joe and the other Joseph, with a "for the Fooer, see Bah" hatnote on each to differentiate, particularly if they are from fields where different forms would be expected and are used in sources, the more formal Joseph for the politician and the casual Joe for the sportsman. Besides, the alternative titles you have chosen are overly descriptive, there are no others of that profession so to include the nationality is superfluous. I am unable to manually revert so please either do so yourself if you are able, or alternatively seek opinions from the relevant Football and Politics projects, thanks.
