Is anything confusing about the mockup designs? Would you find the favouriting system helpful? Are there other filters or collection tags that we should consider? Any other thoughts welcome. [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 11:48, 21 January 2021 (UTC)
*I like it. The favourite section is nice, I'll definitely use that. The collection descriptions will be helpful, although perhaps they could also be collapsed like in the favourites section to save space. The filters will help isolating those collections I'm interested in. —[[User:Bruce1ee|Bruce1ee]][[User talk:Bruce1ee|''talk'']] 13:02, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
* First of all, I like the whole platform, and don't want to critisice this good structured design. Filters are also OK, but I wouldn't like or use a favouriting system, which collects the data, what I access more often. [[User:Habitator terrae|Habitator terrae]] ([[User talk:Habitator terrae|talk]]) 17:44, 5 February 2021 (UTC)
** {{re|Habitator terrae}} Thanks for your thoughts - I just want to clarify something you said here. ''"I wouldn't like or use a favouriting system, which collects the data, what I access more often"'' - do you mean that you don't want data on your 'favourite' collections to be collected ''at all'', or simply that you wouldn't want that information to be public? [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 10:57, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
***@[[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] "at all", I disagree with the concept of personalised data collection per default. [[User:Habitator terrae|Habitator terrae]] ([[User talk:Habitator terrae|talk]]) 13:39, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
* Actually having the information on what collections are, and the filter, are much needed for My Library - most of the icons/names mean nothing to me. A nice addition would be to mark those collections that have a way have/make publicly readable references (like clipping on newspapers.com allows) [[User:KylieTastic|KylieTastic]] ([[User talk:KylieTastic|talk]]) 18:13, 5 February 2021 (UTC)
* The mockup that adds descriptions to each collection addresses my biggest gripe with My Library (trying to figure out which might be useful without having to go to another page for each one), and reduces the wasted space of oversized logos. Being able to mark my most frequently used collections as favorites will be a big time saver for me. [[User:Schazjmd|Schazjmd]] ([[User talk:Schazjmd|talk]]) 19:52, 5 February 2021 (UTC)
* favouriting & collection descriptions (brief) would be very helpful [[User:Redwidgeon|Redwidgeon]] ([[User talk:Redwidgeon|talk]]) 22:44, 6 February 2021 (UTC)

===Making the homepage more useful===
What do you want to be able to do from the Library Card homepage when logged in? What about when you're logged out? Is anything missing? Is there anything on the screen you don't interact with? [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 13:40, 4 February 2021 (UTC)

Hi everyone - I’m pleased to let you know that the first version of the new My Library UI has now been deployed! This is a stripped-down version of the mockup we showed earlier which we’ll now be iterating on to implement the rest of the features we’ve talked about. Further details below, along with a request for feedback!
===Making the homepage easy to use===
Is anything confusing for you on the logged out homepage? What about the logged in homepage?
What do you want to be able to do from the Library Card homepage? What was confusing for you when you first viewed the tool? What's missing from this page? No wrong answers :) [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 11:48, 21 January 2021 (UTC)
*I don't find the current homepage confusing, and I'm happy with it as it is. If I'm logged out of TWL, I'm logged in automatically, provided I'm logged in to one of the Wikipedias. The page has all I need: it tells me whether I have access to the Library Bundle or not; I can access My Library; and I can apply for new access. —[[User:Bruce1ee|Bruce1ee]][[User talk:Bruce1ee|''talk'']] 13:02, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
*{{u|Samwalton9}}, you know I am not particularly good at the technical side of Wikiworld. What I struggle most with is renewal, which I am not remotely sure is a homepage issue. In my dream world, users would receive an automated message 30 days prior to access expiration, to avoid the problem of losing access and then being locked out until it is restored. (Of course, this doesn't always work, as last year though I had a notice from OUP, it expired before they renewed my "reference" and for some reason I will never understand gave me access to "scholarship", which did not allow me to access the same materials. It's February, and I just checked my archive, so I'm guessing that is about to happen again, ugh!) [[User:SusunW|SusunW]] ([[User talk:SusunW|talk]]) 16:06, 5 February 2021 (UTC)
**Thanks for your thoughts {{re|SusunW}}! Yes, we hear that renewals are a source of frustration for many users. Those 30-day automated messages are a feature we've implemented in cases where we know for sure that your access is lasting for a set amount of time. Most notably, for all proxy-enabled publishers this is the case. It's also turned on for a few manually-setup publishers like Newspapers.com. We're going to take a look at the renewals process and see if there are other improvements we could make. [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 11:02, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
***Thanks {{u|Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9}}. It is comforting to know I am not the only one that struggles with the issue. Very much appreciate the services the Library offers and the efforts to make it easier to access. [[User:SusunW|SusunW]] ([[User talk:SusunW|talk]]) 14:05, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
* What I miss most is a much more detailed presentation of the collections available: Which journals can be accessed, and which reference works are a part of the collection? You might like to sort the collections according to the subject field they deal with, e.g. politics, or law, or medicine, or general reference, or general journal archive. A common usecase for a German Wikipedian would be, e.g., to find a list of German-language law journals, or German-language newspapers available in the Wikipedia Library and how to access them. So I imagine a guide according to what you are looking for: Subjects, ebooks or journals or newspapers, full-text or bibliographic database etc. This should be the starting point from a researcher's point of view.--[[User:Aschmidt|Aschmidt]] ([[User talk:Aschmidt|talk]]) 22:19, 5 February 2021 (UTC)
** {{re|Aschmidt}} This is a great point, and something that would unfortunately probably be quite hard for us to maintain. Thankfully, I think the ability to find the kinds of narrow-scoped collections you mentioned can be solved with the [[Library Card platform/Search|search tool]] - there you'd be able to search content that's in particular languages, in specific formats, or on particular topics. Most importantly, EBSCO keep that database up to date for us. Does that sound like it would solve your need here? [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 11:02, 11 February 2021 (UTC)

== General design feedback ==
Do you have general thoughts about the design of the Library Card platform? This can be about any pages or workflows - we'd love to hear any and all thoughts you have about what is or isn't working for you right now. Is anything particularly frustrating or confusing? [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 11:48, 21 January 2021 (UTC)
*What would be nice is when an "Access collection" button on the My Library page is clicked, the target page opens in a new browser tab/window, leaving the library page open for further use. Because the individual and instant access collections will be on the same page, will it be easy to distinguish between them? The individual access ones don't use the proxy and require user names and passwords. Do you think it would be useful for each collection to include, alongside their descriptions, any important terms-of-use conditions we should be aware of, like the distribution of content to third parties? —[[User:Bruce1ee|Bruce1ee]][[User talk:Bruce1ee|''talk'']] 13:02, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
**Thanks for these thoughts [[User:Bruce1ee|Bruce1ee]]! Opening those links in a new tab/window is an interesting idea - I'd love to hear what other folks think about this. As for individual vs instant, that's a great point. Do you have any thoughts on how we might succinctly flag whether an access button goes through the proxy or simply directly to the website for login? [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 14:05, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
***{{ping|Samwalton9 (WMF)}} Currently the library pages use "Access collection" buttons for instant access, and "Go to site" buttons for individual access. Perhaps something like "Login for access" for individual access may be sufficient to distinguish between the two. —[[User:Bruce1ee|Bruce1ee]][[User talk:Bruce1ee|''talk'']] 14:12, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
* Shooting the moon here, for me the best user interface would be if I could log on to the Wikipedia Library, and the partners would give me access when I went directly to them. The Library homepage would not be the required Port of entry. All I would have to do is login to the database that I wanted to use. Perhaps reaching the database once through the Wikipedia Library would be enough to establish more or less permanent access, until the month when the access expired. It's a dream, and an improved search function will certainly help. [[User:Larrykoen|Larrykoen]] ([[User talk:Larrykoen|talk]]) 15:27, 5 February 2021 (UTC)
**I like {{u|Larrykoen}}'s moonshot! For example, I click a link to a JSTOR reference. It tells me I need access. I have to go to My Library, access the JSTOR collection, then search to find the proper doc. (If there's an easier way, I haven't figured it out.) [[User:Schazjmd|Schazjmd]] ([[User talk:Schazjmd|talk]]) 19:58, 5 February 2021 (UTC)
***{{ping|Larrykoen|Schazjmd}} FWIW, if you have Javascript enabled in your browser, you can add a function to your bookmarks toolbar to help with this. Create a bookmark with the ___location <nowiki>javascript:void(___location.href="https://wikipedialibrary.idm.oclc.org/login?auth=production&url="+___location.href)</nowiki> and call it whatever you like. Then, when you're on a page you want to access, click the link and you'll automatically be routed through (if you have access to the source via the library proxy). Alternatively you can just paste <nowiki>https://wikipedialibrary.idm.oclc.org/login?auth=production&url=</nowiki> in front of the URL you want to access. === New UI ===
== Clarity about JavaScript: Library Card platform/Design improvements ==

With this update, My Library is now the first place you’re sent after login. Instead of dropping you into an intermediary page, you’ll now go straight to the page with the content you came for without any further clicks. The page has been redesigned and now incorporates collection descriptions, tags, languages, and filtering options. You can also quickly switch to the list of collections available to apply for without navigating away or re-filtering. For this first version we wanted to get to a point where we had matched the functionality currently available in My Library and deploy it for testing, and we’ll now be building on this base.
Apparently javascript is necessary for use of the Library Card platform. This took me a while to figure out. Some sort of notice would probably be appropriate. [[User:Dcattell|Dcattell]] ([[User talk:Dcattell|talk]]) 00:40, 10 February 2021 (UTC)
:{{re|Dcattell}} Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is something we paid close attention to in early development of the tool, but it seems like we haven't been as careful recently. I've noted some areas I identified as not functional at [[Phab:T274509|T274509]]. Am I missing anything there? [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 10:55, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
::Regarding [[Phab:T274509|T274509]]: a fallback mechanism to retain the expected functionality is a good idea, and would seem to involve technical difficulties involving platforms of Wikipedia Library's partners. Some informational messaging to editors would be good: I expected functionality which I could have gotten by enabling JS (I'm an old school KISS fan, not so fond of JS). However, expectations are changeable. Anyway, I think you also want to look into the functionality of clicking on a reference at the bottom of an article and see what happens, even with JavaScript enabled (I am a firm believer that Wikipedia editors should actually check reference citations by actually checking them rather than just seeing if something is listed, but that is another topic). So, for instance, I go to [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kunlun_(mythology) Kunlun (mythology)]. I see that there is a reference citation to a source that I am (was) unfamiliar with:

=== Roadmap ===
::*{{citation |last=Schipper|first= Kristofer |date= 1978|title=The Taoist Body |journal= History of Religions |volume= 17|number= 3/4|series= Current Perspectives in the Study of Chinese Religions|___location= Chicago|publisher= University of Chicago Press|jstor=1062436 }}

From here, we have a fairly well scoped roadmap for the next 2 months, which I’ve outlined below:
::I think, "ok cool!" I click on the hyperlink "1062436" (the JSTOR link opens up to the Wikipedia article about JSTOR). Following the link for "1062436", I get a JSTOR tab or window open to a page referencing the Schipper source which offers to allow me to click a button labeled "Read and download Login through your school or library". Following down this path is not helpful. If I enter "Wikipedia" as the institution, then I get a message box saying:

'''August'''
::"Alternate access options
::Although Wikipedia participates in JSTOR, they have not provided us with a way for you to log in remotely. Check your library’s website for access info or contact your librarian who manages JSTOR for your institution."

* Rework user experience for eligibility (eligibility criteria will apply to the entire library) - [[Phab:T285929|T285929]]
::Of course the work around is to log on through Wikipedia and then do a search for the article. Not so hard. I'm not complaining, but you did ask! Anyway, cheers! And keep up the good work! [[User:Dcattell|Dcattell]] ([[User talk:Dcattell|talk]]) 18:01, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
* Add EBSCO Discovery Service search bar - [[Phab:T240128|T240128]]

'''September'''
:::{{ping|Dcattell}} Have a look at {{u|Nikkimaria}}'s solution to this problem earlier on this page. Create a browser bookmark with this ___location:

::::<nowiki>javascript:void(___location.href="https://wikipedialibrary.idm.oclc.org/login?auth=production&url="+___location.href)</nowiki>
* Begin rollout of Echo notification - [[Phab:T288070|T288070]]
:::Click on the JSTOR id in the citation and you get the paywalled article. Now click on the bookmark you created and you'll get full access to that article through TWL. —[[User:Bruce1ee|Bruce1ee]][[User talk:Bruce1ee|''talk'']] 06:53, 12 February 2021 (UTC)

As always with software development there’s a chance for things to be delayed as unexpected issues arise, but I’ll keep everyone updated as we progress.

::Bravo! It is so much more useful now that I can't really get into a critical frame of mind, but if I see any glitches as I start using it, I'll let you know. I'm seeing all sorts of useful resources that I wasn't aware of. This is such a helpful update. Thank you! [[User:Schazjmd|Schazjmd]] ([[User talk:Schazjmd|talk]]) 14:09, 10 August 2021 (UTC)
:* I like it. Am really, really happy that the OUP access came back, but note Cambridge is now via subscription? (My current Core is still working, but it isn't listed in my subscriptions?) Observations: There are no dates listed for when subscriptions to newspapers.com and newspaperarchive.com expire. Since mine are always expiring without me knowing and then I am without access for at least a month, it would be helpful to know the date of expiry. Fiddled around with the filters and noted that multidisciplinary sources are not listed in various tabs, i.e. under law, no Cairn, no De Gruyter, no Foreign Affairs, no Oxford Scholarship, etc. that I would expect to be there. Under social sciences, there are only 3 items listed, but clearly any collection that contains "humanities", "history", "social sciences" I would expect to find there. I get that it is early days, so possibly not enough time has passed for the multidisciplinary sources to be listed but it would be helpful, as researchers cannot know all of the various databases available unless they are listed.
:* One other issue I am having. There is a bot author, who keeps taking out links to the open access materials in the library. He said he was instructed to do so by the library. Is that accurate? If we are a movement based on open access, why would we remove open links and replace them with paywalled doi identifiers? Anyway, overall, I like it and appreciate you and your team's work, {{u|Samwalton9}} [[User:SusunW|SusunW]] ([[User talk:SusunW|talk]]) 14:23, 10 August 2021 (UTC)
::*One other just discovered issue. I did not renew my Oxford Reference because I was told it was included in the bundle, but every thing I have tried to access today returns "Access to the complete content on Oxford Reference requires a subscription or purchase. Public users are able to search the site and view the abstracts and keywords for each book and chapter without a subscription. Please subscribe or login to access full text content". Meaning I get only the 1st sentence, which is the same info I get in a google search. If this is all we get through the bundle, am I able to reacquire access via a WPLibrary subscription or is this now all we can access? [[User:SusunW|SusunW]] ([[User talk:SusunW|talk]]) 16:37, 10 August 2021 (UTC)
:::*{{re|SusunW}} I'm glad to hear you're finding it useful! Cambridge access is provided via proxy, and an application is required. It doesn't look like you've applied since we moved Cambridge over to the proxy. You'll need to renew that application to get access via My Library.
::::* Hey {{u|Samwalton9}}, thanks for answering. I'm scared to touch it. It works and you know, rule 1, if it ain't broke, don't mess with it. Maybe I just keep using it until it doesn't work. ;) [[User:SusunW|SusunW]] ([[User talk:SusunW|talk]]) 13:59, 11 August 2021 (UTC)
{{Tracked|T289253}}
:::*Ah, the multidisciplinary filtering is a great point - we incorporated your feedback onto the homepage for this but forgot to do so in My Library. Do you think that this will still make sense here? There are 15 Multidisciplinary collections available by default, and I worry that they'll drown out the other content when filtering for e.g. History. Perhaps it would make sense to pull the History collections to the front of the list in this case, but I'm concerned we'd run into the kind of confusion highlighted by Bruce1ee below where collections seem to be out of order. I'll give this some thought and any other thoughts you have would be appreciated.
::::*Personally, I do. For example, I am working on a series of articles on women's loss of nationality. As with many women's topics, it's pretty obscure, even though it was a world-wide phenomenon. I knew Hein would have legal articles. I did not realize that I could access law articles in Cairn, De Gruyter, etc. until I saw them in the Bundle for those types of information. Having them all in one place definitely makes it easier to search for a topic. Were it me, I'd just run them in alpha order. If someone knows a specific source, they'll find it. If they don't, they will be happy to see the breadth of offerings. [[User:SusunW|SusunW]] ([[User talk:SusunW|talk]]) 13:59, 11 August 2021 (UTC)
:::*Do you have an example of the open access link removal? That would be helpful to understand what's happening.
::::* Here is the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:AManWithNoPlan#Can_you_please_explain? discussion] and here is the [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Burkinabe_nationality_law&type=revision&diff=1035126278&oldid=1033608569 edit] which made the information non-accessible. (I have many dozens of these, as I have so far written about 1/2 the countries of the world (+/- 90) and most have multiple links to Wiki-Library articles.) Here's [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Samoan_nationality_law&type=revision&diff=1030297045&oldid=1028916545 another] and you can see that the bot is bleeping out "-org.wikipedialibrary.idm.oclc" which then takes you to a paywalled version of the article. So say you are taking it to GA or FA, no reviewer can access the free link without going to the library and searching, adjusting the link itself (if you know to add back that text), or having another way to access it. [[User:SusunW|SusunW]] ([[User talk:SusunW|talk]]) 13:59, 11 August 2021 (UTC)
:::::*{{re|SusunW}} Ah, yes, we did ask for this feature to be implemented. The proxied links are useful to experienced Wikipedia editors, but any reader or ineligible editor who clicks the links will be unable to access the link and may be confused about why they've ended up on the Wikipedia Library. We figured that we should prioritise readers over editors on this. [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 14:41, 11 August 2021 (UTC)
::::::*Thanks for the explanation {{u|Samwalton9}}. I find it really inconvenient, but I can live with it. [[User:SusunW|SusunW]] ([[User talk:SusunW|talk]]) 14:55, 11 August 2021 (UTC)
:::*With regards to Oxford Reference. Are you going to https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org/users/my_library/ and clicking 'Access Collection' under Oxford Reference? It looks to me like we have most of everything we expect to have access to. [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 09:40, 11 August 2021 (UTC)
::::*Yes, and what I get is locked content. Okay, weird, yesterday when I searched for Djibouti the only two options I got were [https://www-oxfordreference-com.wikipedialibrary.idm.oclc.org/view/10.1093/acref/9780195337709.001.0001/acref-9780195337709-e-1248?rskey=LC5Dst&result=4 this] and [https://www-oxfordreference-com.wikipedialibrary.idm.oclc.org/view/10.1093/acref/9780195305135.001.0001/acref-9780195305135-e-0204?rskey=HajY3r&result=284 this] both locked and I had to access them through the resource exchange. Today when I search the same thing, I get a lot of both locked and unlocked content? Maybe just a Mexico thing. You know I have that as an ongoing issue. I can work with it. [[User:SusunW|SusunW]] ([[User talk:SusunW|talk]]) 13:59, 11 August 2021 (UTC)
:*It's looking good so far, easier to access than before, and I like the filters. I know this is a work-in-progress, but I have a couple of observations. 1. I can't work out how My Collections are ordered? Looking at mine, there are some of my out-of-bundle subscriptions (not sorted alphabetically), followed by the library bundle (sorted alphabetically), and then some more of my out-of-bundle subscriptions (not sorted alphabetically). 2. It would be nice if the library bundle collections could be flagged with that book-bundle icon you guys used to use. 3. The favourites button in some of the previous mockups is missing. If these points are to be addressed in future releases, that's great. —[[User:Bruce1ee|Bruce1ee]][[User talk:Bruce1ee|''talk'']] 15:32, 10 August 2021 (UTC)
::*{{re|Bruce1ee}} That's a great catch - My Library should be alphabetical, I've filed [[Phab:T288608|T288608]]. We weren't sure of the value of the bundle icon - how does it help you use the library? In terms of favouriting, that's right, we're planning this feature for September; I gave a brief overview of the roadmap above :) [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 09:31, 11 August 2021 (UTC)
:::*{{ping|Samwalton9 (WMF)}} OK, the bundle icon is more of a nice-to-have. I think it would make it easier to identify those resources I don't have to worry about renewing. Of course the "Extend" button tells you which resources aren't part of the bundle, but I feel it's not as prominent as that bundle of books. Also, the icon would help at [[:w:WP:RX|WP:RX]]. When a user requests a source at RX that is available in the library, the first thing I do is check if it's in the library bundle so I can tell them that they have immediate access to it. Of course the user will see from their "My Collections" page what they have access to, but often they don't know to look there. But, as I said, it's a nice-to-have. If it's going to be a lot of work, don't worry about it. —[[User:Bruce1ee|Bruce1ee]][[User talk:Bruce1ee|''talk'']] 11:28, 11 August 2021 (UTC)
::*{{re|Bruce1ee}} We think we've solved the collection order issue - can you double check and let me know what you're seeing now? :) [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 10:34, 12 August 2021 (UTC)
:::*{{ping|Samwalton9 (WMF)}} That's much better. All the collections (bundled and application based) are ordered alphabetically. Thanks for fixing that. —[[User:Bruce1ee|Bruce1ee]][[User talk:Bruce1ee|''talk'']] 11:08, 12 August 2021 (UTC)
:*I agree, it is looking good, but I recommend you add a notice to the interdisciplinary portals so as to make it clear that deGruyter etc. also comprise legal and economic, etc. resources. Thanks! Regards, [[User:Aschmidt|Aschmidt]] ([[User talk:Aschmidt|talk]]) 20:24, 10 August 2021 (UTC)

* Today I was greeted by the new interface. I'm sorry to report that my reaction is negative. It requires much more flipping around to find the resource I want. I could not understand its organization. It seems less organized. And there is way too much text. If I were looking for resources as a beginner, yes, but all I want is a single screen (not a page with multiple screens you have to scroll) with links to my active resources, one line per resource. I don't like to criticize, but you asked for feedback. If something was improved, it did not jump out at me. [[User:Deisenbe|Deisenbe]] ([[User talk:Deisenbe|talk]]) 09:23, 11 August 2021 (UTC)

:*Thanks for the feedback {{ping|Deisenbe}}! It sounds to me like the primary drawback you're experiencing is in terms of screen space? i.e. the tiles, descriptions, etc. each take up a large amount of room, and therefore it takes you a long time to find the content you're interested in? What do you think about an alternate view, which you could opt to turn on as a default, where the collections are presented in a table? Something simpler like:
{| class="wikitable"
|+ Caption text
|-
! Name !! Description !! Languages !! Tags !!
|-
| '''Al Manhal''' || Al Manhal is a major Arabic provider of full-text electronic journals ... || English, Arabic || Multidisciplinary || [Access Collection]
|-
| '''Annual Reviews''' || Annual Reviews is a publisher of review articles in the sciences ... || English || Life Sciences, Health Sciences || [Access Collection]
|-
| ... || ... || ... || ... || ...
|}

:*And so on. Would that be helpful? [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 09:47, 11 August 2021 (UTC)

* Hello, thanks for this design update. Could you add a tab which displays the "recently added/discarded/in_talk" partners (otherwise it is difficult to know)? Also, do you forecast to add in Ebsco options, the (previously available) EBSCO/ « Publication Finder Interface » ? :** The "My collections" tab button has a little line to the right, is this intentional? (the text is also a bit big) [https://i.imgur.com/T3eH9i7.png]

:** This may be intentional, and if it is it's fine, but due to the different descriptor lengths, there is often empty space between the cards, maybe they could be stacked? [https://i.imgur.com/rk8T83w.png]

****Resources accessed by proxy have an expiration date, because the authorization expires in the Library Card system according to the length that was approved during the application process. We've just pushed an update to roll out the favoriting feature! You can now mark collections you are authorized to access as favorites - they'll then show up in the Favorites tab, which will become the default tab for you once you've got at least one collection favorited. We hope this will make it easier to get right to the collections you're most interested in without needing to search through a bunch of other options. Please take a look and let me know what you think! [[User:Samwalton9 (WMF)|Samwalton9 (WMF)]] ([[User talk:Samwalton9 (WMF)|talk]]) 16:59, 7 October 2021 (UTC)
