:There is no global username policy. As far as I am aware, it's because we wouldn't be able to get an agreement on what would be in the policy. The only option we have is when the username contains blatantly inappropriate material. ::Ah, I was not aware it was filtering by proxies only. I'd not mind listing them all so these get noticed as well, if that is doable and does not take a lot of your time.
::For the future, and if I may suggest a change, I think that instead of opening a new GIPBE section for each UTRS appeal, we should have a specific page or section for UTRS appeals only (sometimes GIPBE is given, some other times not) and use <nowiki>== UTRS appeal from $user ==</nowiki>.
::In the long term, I was thinking that maybe the bot could just build and maintain a wikitable with the status of all open and verified requests (and the recently closed ones). A bit of what happens with [[Global sysops/Speedy delete requests/Data]] or [[CentralNotice/Request]].

:::The filtering can easily be changed. I have to do some minor coding this weekend and i'll hit it then. Bottom part has the basics started at [[User:AmandaNP/UTRS Appeals]]. Wouldn't be too hard to add verification status and log the recently closed. And I agree eventually we should head the way that we actually integrate with things like SRG. I think that is going to take time and understanding though, especially with SRG as backlogged as it is. I also have 3 major system upgrades planned for UTRS this summer, plus, I'm hoping further process changes will happen, so I need to cope with that first.
