This template will add the articles transcluding it to the [[Wikipedia:Categorization|hidden category]] [[:Category:Wikipedia articles incorporating text from the Jargon File]].

This template should be placed on the '''main''' page of the article. The '''{{tl|Jargon talk}}''' template should also be placed on the talk page. This will add the talk page to the proper category.

The Jargon file [http://www.ccosman246.com/jargon.html recommends] use of a version number when excerpting; this may be accomplished using a parameter, like so:

Produces:
