I come from a large Palestinian family (Daher) that traces its lineage back to Zahir Omar al-Zaydani, the famous 18th-century king. I am not the same actor whose articles we translate, but he belongs to the same family, and we improve and add any documented articles that may be related to members of the family, including famous people like Abdul Rahman Zahir and others. We have made some improvements to articles about Palestinian cities and villages in more than one language. We have also written articles about cinematic and television works. This confusion, which arose due to the similarity of names, gives you full right to doubt the issue of conflict of interest and other matters. We were supposed to make these contributions under a clear name that does not resemble the name of the person whose articles we are contributing to. However, I confirm that this similarity stems from the fact that the family name is the same for the user and for some of the famous people we write about.
We have developed information for several articles, such as the article on Nablus and the article on Yasid, where the Daher clan resides. We have also created websites that support the development of information about famous people from this family, each in their own field. We have also contributed to articles about other artists; you can review the registry, and the contributions were useful and were accepted.
I can confirm my personal identity to you specifically to ensure that I am not one of the people we are writing about. These people are well-known in their region and have important events and diverse sources and references that support all the information contained. A very important thing: we are not the ones who originally wrote the first article about the person who is being claimed to be us. It was created on December 14, 2014, 11 years ago, and was created by a person named Hajawi. Then, other people developed it, and we had nothing to do with that development. Later, we contributed to the improvements because we know that this person is from the same clan, and it is important for us to contribute any information related to him. In other words, we are not the ones who created the original article (in Arabic Wikipedia). Indeed, we have attempted to translate into other languages according to the standards and regulations, as Wikipedia allows us to do and in accordance with its terms and conditions. Therefore, I believe that blocking and filtering articles that we have worked hard to prepare and that others have developed for quick deletion is a violation of our rights as users, especially since we have made our point clear.
We accept any request for modification or comment, but we did not expect all our efforts to be thrown away simply because someone cast doubt and claimed that the person was writing about himself without sending a private message or requesting clarification.
