Despite being the first Grand Cardinal encountered by the protagonists of the story, Forcystus is the last one defeated(Save for Pronyma, who isn't forced to work like the other Grand Cardinals, and is instead always by Lord Yggdrasil's side). His right arm is a form of energy cannon encased in a golden capsule, he uses it in combat and later to injure [[Colette Brunel|Colette]], revealing her affliction. Even though he is a villain, he is regarded as hero by the [[half-elf (Tales of Symphonia)|half-elves]], being a protector of those affected by [[racism]].
