Sys-Con
The reliability of Sys-Con as a source is being discussed at Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard#Sys-Con. -- <span style='font-family: "Comic Sans MS"; color:#5342FF'>Collectonian</span> (talk · contribs) 04:49, 28 July 2009 (UTC)
AfD input requested
Anyone's input on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Comparison of ABAP and Java would be much appreciated. --<b><font color="3773A5">Cyber</font></b><font color="FFB521">cobra</font> (talk) 17:15, 18 August 2009 (UTC)
Just found a lost sheep...
I just stumbled upon this: Wikipedia:WikiProject Ruby. Looks like a one-man action that (for whatever reason) didn't work out. Should it be merged with the main Ruby article, deleted, or extended into a proper wikiproject? --DanielPharos (talk) 15:52, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
Java WikiProject
I don't want to put a mumbo jumbo into the bongo, I don't want to do too much glitz in the blitz, damzels and sirs, but I wonder if it would be a good thing to create (like now or yesterday) a Java WikiProject along the classy Programming languages WikiProject (like there is for C++) under the Computing and Computer science WikiProjects. If I'm cor-rec-to, there are about 900 articles or more on Java technology in Wikipedia, which may be more than ALL other programming languages articles combined... Proof is in the pudding my good friends so let's join the bandwagon of free coffee from the east... Please go to this sexy page --Alainr345 (talk) 07:14, 24 September 2009 (UTC)
No project templates?
I came here looking for a WikiProject template to put on Talk:SETL, which I'd just amended and noticed it hadn't a WP attached; but I don't see a template anywhere; WikiProject Programming languages doesn't come to Wikipedia:WikiProject Programming languages....you guys only just starting up??Skookum1 (talk) 03:35, 5 October 2009 (UTC)
:Realistically, we're more like a task force of the CS WikiProject in practice. --<b><font color="3773A5">Cyber</font></b><font color="FFB521">cobra</font> (talk) 03:50, 5 October 2009 (UTC)
