SQLyog runs fine (other than looking like an ugly Windows application!) in Linux w/ WINE. They company supports (even the GPL version) it under WINE. Personally, I have run SQLyog this way for ~5 years without much problem (fewer problems than running it under Windows, for sure). On many of these lists it is notability which is defined by having an article on Wikipedia, if not for the application itself at least for the company which produces it.
