This is a miniproject to reach consensus over a group of articles with related content. It is hoped that this miniproject will harmonize these articles, remove duplication and provide a set of clear, encyclopaedic articles. It is felt that working on one or two of the articles in isolation is not desirable. Please edit this page to keep it updated, but please don't add material that other editors may find controversial. Use the talk page to discuss these ideas.

*User:Sargonious - I am Syriac/Chaldo-Assyrian. I was born in Baghdad, Iraq. The village of my anscestors is Araden (thank you for deleting the article on it). It is a valley south of Turkey. Originally (prior to Sayfo) my ancestors were from Hakkari, in what is now Turkey in Kurdistan (Northern Iraq, Araden too [south of Zakho]). I speak fluent Syriac, both the Chaldean and Assyrian dialects (Alqosh and Urmia as this encyclopedia has listed). Although the Araden dialect is slightly different. I can write both Estrangeli (squared) and Madhanaya scripts as well as Assyrian (Ktav Ashuri or Hebrew). I attend both Chaldean and Assyrian masses. Assyrian priests can get married. Yeaaah! I was raised into the Chaldean tradition however. I've referred to my self as Assyrian yet most people in the Detroit area are familiar with only Chaldean. My family (Youkhanna) were the Rayes (leaders) of the village and still own 900 acres of land in Araden.
