'''Model United Nations Development Programme''' ('''MUNDP''' or '''KOCMUNDP''') is a [[Model United Nations]] conference organized by The Koc School MUN Club Members, in [[The Koc School]], [[Turkey]], every year in March. Delegates participating in the conference find long-term and/or short-term solutions to the current problems which are debated during the conference. After the debates, they create a solution document called "action paper." Then delegates send their action papers to [[United Nations Development Programme]] and [[United Nations Development Programme]] who examines these documents and uses them in real life if they are viable, useful and logical.
Besides the delegates, the conference hosts guests as a keynote speaker and facilitators. The former [[United Nations]] [[Secretary-General of the United Nation|Secretary General]], [[Kofi Annan]] was the keynote speaker of the first conference in 2001. The keynote speaker makes a speech about the region of the conference. The keynote speaker of MUNDP 2010 was [[Fawaz Gerges]]. The facilitators have huge knowledge and experience on the topics and inform/train delegates about the topics during the conference.
Conference is total of four days. It starts with an opening dinner at a restaurant in [[Istanbul]], [[Turkey]].
Other days the committees take place and the participants debate. On the last day of the conference a Closing Ceremony takes places and the action papers from the committees are shared on the ceremony. Also, during the ceremony, chairs of the committees announce the "Best Delegate"s of their committees.

[[Model United Nations]] 2010 took place between February 25-28 in [[The Koc School]] campus. Around 400 participants from [[Azerbaijan]], [[Italy]] and [[Turkey]] participated in the conference. The region of MUNDP 2010 was "The Arap League States" [[Fawaz Gerges]] made a speech at the opening dinner as the keynote speaker of the conference.
The conference had 14 committees in order to be a complete role of [[United Nations Development Programme]].

The Executive Committee of MUNDP 2011 will announce the date and the region of the conference soon. More than 400 participants are expected to attend the conference.

The conference is organized by the Executive Committee of MUNDP. Each year after the conference the actual Executive Committee chooses the next year's Executive Committee by the help of the advisors. All of the candidates have interviews with the Executive Committee for the positions that they want.
