Per [[WP:CAPS]] and [[WP:TITLE]]: this is a generic, common term, not a propriety or commercial term, so the article title should be downcased. In addition, [[WP:MOS]] says that a compound item should not be upper-cased just because it is abbreviated with caps. Matches the formatting of related article titles. This article should probably be deleted; it has been tagged as terrible for a long time, and it is the first result on Google. It doesn't make Wikipedia look good when this happens, and it appears nobody is ready to ''significantly'' clean up the article any time soon....

I agree that this article is no good. I've deleted large portions of the text because they were either poorly written, or described fringe results that few people working in the area would consider to be important findings associated with RSVP [[Special:Contributions/220.233.193.51|220.233.193.51]] ([[User talk:220.233.193.51|talk]]) 01:51, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
