There were 5,946 housing units. The racial makeup of the CDP was 46.9% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 20.1% [[African American (U.S. Census)|Black or African American]], 0.6% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|American Indian and Alaska Native]], 7.2% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islander]], 19.7% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 5.6% from two or more races.
