Getting spammed massively across wiki. Getting added by a _very_ large range so blocking isn't feasible (seems close to 2409:40c2::/39, but sometimes outside that). Seems like it's getting picked up and used in what I loosely suspect is cross-wiki translation too, see [[kk:Адам метапневмовирусы]]. Fairly extensive cross-wiki spam (I didn't revert in wikivoyage since I have no idea how things work there and it might be okay). IP range is 77.78.224.0/24; [[Steward_requests/Global#Global_block_for_77.78.224.0/24|requested lock]] but seems like that request is going to go stale.
