According to the [[United States Census Bureau]], the CDP has a total area of 8.9 [[square kilometer|km&sup2;]] (3.5 [[square mile|mi&sup2;]]). 8.7 km&sup2; (3.3 mi&sup2;) of it is land and 0.3 km&sup2; (0.1 mi&sup2;) of it is water. The total area is 2.90% water.

There are 7,919 housing units at an average density of 912.7 persons/km&sup2; (2,364.3 persons/mi&sup2;). The racial makeup of the CDP is 90.22% White, 0.94% [[African American]], 0.06% [[Native American]], 6.58% [[Asia|Asian]], 0.02% Pacific Islander, 0.94% from other races, and 1.23% from two or more races. 3.56% of the population are [[Hispanic]] or [[Latino]] of any race.
