Quest'album rappresenta il seguito della raccolta ''[[One Life One Soul - Best of Ballads]]'' uscita nel 2002, raccogliendo principalmente [[power ballad|ballate]] contenute negli album pubblicati dalla band tra il 2005 e il 2009.
