The following is adapted from [[User:TonyBallioni/RfA criteria|TonyBallioni]]’s RfA criteria:

So you want to be an admin? Here's my criteria for supporting (this may change):

* Extended confirmed

* On for at least 1 year

* Knows what they're doing

* No concerning blocks, warnings, contribs

* Good understanding of policies and guidelines

2. Has a [[wp:CLUE|clue]]

RfA is a terrible process because it's so hard to pass. Jimbo said "adminship isn't a big deal", but RfA has become one. Let's change that.
