Si tratta dell'unico album inciso dal gruppo, il quale nacque come [[side-projectprogetto parallelo]] degli [[Avenged Sevenfold]]. Al suo interno infatti erano presenti il batterista [[The Rev]] (fondatore del progetto), il chitarrista [[Synyster Gates]] e l'ex-bassista Justin Sane.
