Jovanmilic97I've search the internet and even my old Atari magazines, but couldn't find any reviews. The game was published only for the Atari 8-bit and was quite obscure. If it is too obscure for Wikipedia just go ahead and delete this draft. Griggorio2 (talk) 12:59, 10 January 2021 (UTC)

Gameplay
The object of Bug Off! is to control a variety of bugs that swarm out of a Florida sinkhole and endanger the player's garden.
In Bug Off!, your garden has fallen into a Florida sinkhole, and the insects within have mutated into beasts of destruction. Armed with only a sprayer can of DDT, you must defend yourself from these rampaging insects.

When the player is hit, theyhe will lose theirhis current can of DDT from theirhis sprayer, and a second can will be thrown to the center of the garden, destroying all bugs on the map. Although the player starts with 6 cans of DDT, they in reality have 3 lives. When all lives are lost, it's game over.

Reception
The Addison-Wesley Book of Atari Software 1984 concluded: "The sound and graphics are poor in Bug Off!; then again, it isn't the type of game that needed better graphics. Game play is instinctively reflex rather than strategy oriented. It is a lightening fast repetitive game, but that doesn't mean it leaves you with a feeling of accomplishment". Overall Bug Off! received a D+ review.
