Nebetah is only known by a single statue at Medinet Habu and not by any other items. She was also a daughter of Amenhotep III whereas Beketaten was Akhenaten's daughter. She cannot be Beketaten
Line 3:
Her name means "Handmaid of Aten", which indicates she was born during the Amarna period, and since on pictures she seems to be the same age as Akhenaten's daughters, some see this as an evidence of a long co-regency between Amenhotep III and Akhenaten. She was depicted in the Amarna tomb of Huya twice.

Her only known title is King's Daughter of his Body. It is likely that she died at a young age; after Queen Tiye's death since she is nevernot mentioned in the historical records again.
It is also possible she was identical with another daughter of the royal couple, Nebetah, who ceases to be mentioned around the time when Beketaten appears.
