This does include p2p software projects, amonget many other types. Talking about p2p software is not illegal - just look at Wikipedia! In fact, even p2p software ''isn't illegal'' in itself - p2p is just a way of sharing files. Those files may be copyrighted, in which case the uploader and downloader are committing [[copyright infringement]].
