===School structure===
The focus is on the learner, but this is achieved by adopting a IB approach to teaching and leadership. Pedagogy is advanced by adopting the inquiry, action and reflection cycle. MYP:New chapter looks to schools to cooperatively plan the taught curriculum, blur the subject divides, for individual teachers to share their lesson plans across the school and schools. Teachers work with librarians to ensure the vertical and horizontal planning, and evaluation.
