On [[29 April]] [[1945]], in the [[Barents Sea]] she assisted [[HMS Anguilla (K500)|''Anguilla'']] and [[HMS Cotton (K510)|''Cotton'']] in sinking the German submarine [[Unterseeboot 286|''U-286'']] with [[depth charge]]s.
