Both card (as you mentioned) and terminal can say they do not support this method, called signature in cardholder verification process. My security code has somehow inadvertently

been logged into seller’s as expiry date as

year 2022 i.s.o. 2023. I have tried to change the date in their specific field but to no avail.

It have received goods on this card.

Please advise accordingly, should I go back to my bank and get another card, but have already received many orders, But this is the first time it has happened
