TWL is just another [[Three-letter acronym|TLA]] on wikipedia ([[Wikipedia:Shortcut table/uppercase|of many]]) whereas at least you can gather that WP Library stands for Wikipedia Librabry even if you have a passing knowledge of Wikipedia.
