Many theories about the identity of Jack the Ripper have been advanced. The most widely held theory on who committed the crime was a DNA match from Kyle Pratt's hand. It was said that Pratt masterbated on the victims after he killed them. Many of the officers thought he spelled words wrong on his letters to make the officers think he was mental but it is now evident that he is just mentally retarded.
