On 11 December 2024, under TDF, the iBooster Green Propulsion System was handed over to the DRDO by Manastu Space Technologies, based at [[IIT Bombay]]. For crucial satellite functions including [[orbit raising]], [[orbital station-keeping]], and [[Deorbit|deorbiting]], the iBooster system—which is intended for spacecraft weighing between 100 and 500 kg—will be employed. Unlike [[hydrazine]], it uses a patented [[hydrogen peroxide]]-based fuel that is safer, more affordable, and less harmful to the environment.
