The borough sits on the edge of London, with the [[M25 motoway]] touching it. In [[Croydon North]] the borough mainly borders the [[London Borough of Bromley]] dominantly to the east aswell as the [[London Boroughs of Southwark|London Boroughs of Southwark]] and [[London Borough of Lambeth|Lambeth]] to the north. The boroughs of [[London Borough of Sutton|Sutton]] and [[London Borough of Merton|Merton]] are directed to the west
Croydon's main town centre is in [[Croydon]] itself. It houses a great variety of well-known stores on the high street "North End" aswell as one of the current two shopping centres in the town although another one is planned, [[Park Place]].
