Though Günter may look somewhat serious, he usually is not. If Yuuri goes missing he begins to have [[separation anxiety]]. He also becomes very sullen when Yuuri goes back to Earth or is away on a mission.
Günter is a very good swordsman. He also has very powerful maryoku. However, he makes sure not to kill the enemy since that is what Yuuri does as well. Overall, he is a very nice and friendly person who would do anything for Yuuri.
Trivia:Kleist is commonly misunderstood to be pronounced "Christ" when in actuality it is a German surname, Kleist. the reason for this misunderstanding is because there is no 'l' sound in Japanese so l's are pronounced as r's.
