Added drawing with hopefully adequate example, nice to see others starting to use it as focus for discussion.

I feel the key difference with a CRT is that it converges from many effects onto one or two causes. This is different to root cause analysis which tends to diverge from a few effects to many causes. Drawing logic is intended to highlight this. Also I've only included elements that I feel are relevant to the context (curing/preventing the symptoms): we can't do anything about gravity; we can't easily change the slope of the driveway or install guardrails; we can quite easily get the handbrake fixed. --[[User:Trevithj|Trevithj]] ([[User talk:Trevithj|talk]]) 20:32, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
