Odia Wikipedia being one of the growing Indic language Wikipedia requires User retention for the growth of projects. Community members of Odia Wikipedia are always welcoming and helps new Wikimedians to learn and grow in the project. Retention of existing Wikimedians would help in evaluating and growth of the project.
