IP range abused by LTA User:Willy on Wheels/Fuerdai*** LTA for vandalism just today. The WoW/Fuerdai LTA is known for many years of cross-wiki vandalism, personal attacks, and socking. This IP range could be a proxy or VPN network. This range also has an extensive history of vandalism stretching back several months. Please Globally Block the range for at least 3-6 months, and also check the range for more sleeper accounts. Infested with spammers, but definitely some legitimate GSM customers exist in Angola too. {{re|Vituzzu}} with all due respect, there are 2<sup>15</sup> IPv4 addresses. Imagine what this quantity is for a poor African country. Accounts of spammers can be hunted down alongside other kinds of abusers.
