[[WP:OP]] result is not confirmed yet, however When I included Komdori and LactoseTI in KoreanShoriSenyou case, they're not excluded like Endroit who lives in USA. It is possible that Komdori or other suspected people used [[open proxy]], or [[TOR]].
 
Using socks is not prohibited in Wikipedia, but if they are all same or two people, they all violated so many policies such as 3RR violation, ruining ruined several important poll results, NPOV, meatpuppets.
