:I completed Round 1 of the meta refresh by removing all entries that were submitted before May from the main page and moving it to the closed page that I thought have made a significant improvement since they were submitted. :Round 2 and 3 completed by properly closing items that were completed through May. Also, the main WP:TASK page was cleaned and not necessary things were removed.
