'''Request:''' hi, i was wondering if anyone here would be interested in creating a simple SVG image. I'm terrible at making them. After not really getting any help by leaving messages to users on Wikipedia, i ended up here.

So the image i'm looking for is very simple. I'm looking to get a black flag, with a white circle in the middle of it. It doesn't really get any more than that - its supposed to be similar to [[:Image:TUGS Flag.svg]]. The image is shown in the top of [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Tugszak.jpg this image], as well as the far left of [http://biggcity.tripod.com/imagelib/sitebuilder/misc/show_image.html?linkedwidth=actual&linkpath=http://biggcity.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/character_bio.jpg&target=_self here] and middle right of [http://biggcity.tripod.com/imagelib/sitebuilder/misc/show_image.html?linkedwidth=actual&linkpath=http://biggcity.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/description.jpg&target=_self here]. I understand its hard to see but if anyone could help me even the tiniest bit that would be amazing :D

I figured it should be around the scale of normal flags, i think its 4.5:3? that may not be true. The image is to be used on [[Template:TUGS]] as well as a userbox along the same lines as that, which i've not yet made.
