For example, [[HTML]] and [[XHTML]] are document markup languages, not programming languages; [[Cascading Style Sheets\|CSS]] belongs somewhere in this area as well. I hereby propose to create a "Wikipedian document markup users" category into which to move these. And add [[TeX]] and [[LaTeX]] while at it. What about [[RTF]]? Do enough people code in it to be worth it?
