If 121.73.254.218 could be more specific about what in K&P's "Software Tools" book relates to this article I'll look into it. The description of this book on [http://www.amazon.com/Software-Tools-Brian-W-Kernighan/dp/020103669X Amazon] gives no indication of a link.
