::Actually, they're probably '''not''' copyright violations as derivative works, based on the discussion for that deletion, this is a local event, and unlike national emblems which really ''are'' copyrighted, it is both probable that the uploader had a hand in the production or creation of the badges, and that the design was not registered. This would explain why the uploader has both the original artwork and the finished badge.
